Was this drawn in flash or converted from something else? I thought the style was pretty original but this flash wasnt really to my liking.

Russian is a pretty cool language...its not funny sounding like german or stupid sounding like spanish. Im not sure how many people speak russian on newgrounds. The story was kinda stupid, i dunno if this sort of thing blows over in russia.... it resembles something youd see on sundance (an independent movie station)
